But the following details equired:
i.e. Bank Name, Account Type, Routing Number, Account Number.

Does anyone here know the info or where I can get them?

The card works like a checking account.

Account Number: 8 + the last 9 digits of your card number.

Example: If your card number is 6278 9510 1234 5678

Your account number would be 8012345678

NEW ACH - DIRECT DEPOSIT INFO:

(PLEASE NOTE: New details as of 01/08/08.)

Routing Number: 103102892

Account Number: 8 + the last 9 digits of your card number.

Example: If your card number is 6278 9510 1234 5678

Your account number would be 8012345678

Some employers may ask for the name of the bank or financial institution.

Financial Institution: Arkansas Valley State Bank.

I've attached my Emp ATM card to my Paypal and it works fantastic. I used to have to wait for a cheque and then wait for that cheque to clear (4 weeks!) and now I get my money from Paypal straight to my ATM card within 24 hours

Hi Johan,

My bank account was not confirmed by Paypal.
I added bank account on 24/June. Paypal was supposed to make 2 small deposits to my account but it did'nt.
Also I withdraw from paypal to bank account on 24/June but this was reversed on the 28/june. I think I might have submitted wrong information when adding my bank account. I will delete and add on same bank account again.
Please advise whether the following info are correct.
Bank account name: Peter Chin (My name)
Account number: 10 digit as you have suggested.
Bank: Southwest Bank
Account type : Current

Any help welcomed.

The account number is "8 + last 9 digits of your card".

Just making sure you got that and not the example that Johan entered in the post above.

I brought this up to VMI support and got the reply,
"Thank you for using the Virtual Money® Card™. The information you entered for an ach using your Paypal account is correct. It is the decision of each financial institution whether they will allow your Virtual Money card account to be verified for that company’s ACH system. In some cases if your account cannot be verified by their system, you will not be able to use your VM account to facilitate transfer of funds from that particular financial service. It is not our policy to intervene on behalf of cardholders with any institution that will not allow an ACH transfer to a Virtual Money® Card™ account. Therefore we regret we are unable to assist you further with this matter."

I wonder why Paypal allow some VMI account to be verified and not allow some others.

Sidenote, I coverted $50 of e-gold to my VMI account through Empowerism and are able to withdraw from CIRRUS ATM in Malaysia.

You can't verify with the banks but have no problems with withdraws from ATM's.

Sounds weird but I'm not an expert.

At least you can withdraw from ATM's.

Sorry I just saw your message now, peter.

Make sure to enter the following information:

Your account number would be 8012345678 (replace the last 9 digits with those on your ATM card )

Financial Institution: Southwest Bank.

Routing Number: 111900756

Paypal will ask if it's a checking or saving account. Leave it on Checking(default).

Peter, as you I did NOT get the 2 test deposits. I think it was because at the time I tested I had a 0 (zero) balance in PP.
After a few days I received money into my PP account and was able to withdraw to the ATM card.

Now, I would like to try to withdraw from Paypal to my VMI Card. Unfortunately, I do not have Paypal balance. If you have, maybe we can exchange with my e-gold? $10 or less is ok. Minimum paypal WD is $1. Please advise.

Peter, yes you have the right info but it is possible you entered a wrong digit at PayPal, it happens to the best of us

I have re-submit my VMI bank acount to Paypal and made withdrawal again. Will keep you update on the outcome.

BTW, I successfully added my VMI account to my Alertpay, i.e. confirmed with the 2 small deposits from Alertpay.
