I have been using TS since Aug.2005 and my results have been very good for building lists in the affiliate programs I belong to and every once in awhile I can even pull a ClickBank sale or two from there but as with most free traffic exchanges they do work better as Johan said, with and for lead capture to build your lists or subscribers.

With the summer months things tend to get even harder to get people to even sign-up for free things so since the sign-ups for my lead capture page have really slowed down and on some days have none I may need to tweak it some by adding more free things to it.

Also another thing that I personally do at TS is that about once every 4 to 6 weeks I rewrite all my ads and may even change the catagories that I run them in just in an attempt to stimulate new eyes looking at my ads to improve the click through rate since the credits I use are always the same unless I have something new then for the first week or so I will blast out 10000 to 20000 ad credits just for that item.
