Hi everybody,
My first time here, although I have been a member for 2 months, and not sure
if this is the right place but the response and help appears top notch.
Get Response refuses to follow up with Empowerism, they blame spamming. So be it.
You recommend e-mail aces, am happy to have them as I know that follow is critical to success.
Now, I downloaded my leads as instructed. Where are they downloaded to?
When I join e-mail aces how do I upload these leads from wherever they are to wherever they should go?
Do you have your own follow up programmes or do I need to do my own e-mails?
I am a member of pluginprofits [as I'm sure other members are] and as your leads are general business enquiries, I feel all leads should be promoting PIP. Is this a problem?
I notice that some people are having problems getting e-mail aces up and working properly. Should I be experiencing any dramas?
I'm sorry that it's questions + questions, however the more I read the more confused I become.
Please, any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Empowerboard.
You have posted in the correct area.

When you download leads from the Empowerism Member Center, it will download into a spreadsheet.... at least that is the case for me. From there you will need to upload them into E-mail Aces.
You will need a letter series and there are a couple that Empowerism has. I do not have the link to it though.
You can promote PIPS if you want to as many people already do.

The person that can help you the most is Johan.
He is the Auto-Responder genius here.
He lives in Chile and it seems as though you from "Down Under" so there is a bit of time difference between you 2.

He'll probably get to this in the morning his time.

Not knowing much about computers, how do I locate the downloads? I mean, which buttons do I press.
Any how I'll guess I'll take your advice and maybe wait for Johan the Man eh!!

Hi John,

You can download the leads in your Empowerism Member Center.

Login and click on Leads Download in the main menu.

There are 2 files you can download.

The first file is the Leads Received. This is your master file and
will contain all the leads you've downloaded. If you haven't
downloaded any files this file will be empty.

The second file is the file with the new leads. Each month 50 leads are
added to the new leads file.

Click on the link "Click Here to Download" and download your leads to your
computer.

That's it!

I've attached a PDF with more information on how to use your leads.

Unfortunately this leads [no pun intended] to extra queries.
1/ I have downloaded as you described, where in the computer has it gone? I see no icons at all so how can I upload these leads when I join e-mail aces.
2/ Thank you for your PDF attachment. Once again I see no means here, or elsewhere, of where to open. [no icons]. Will it be an e-mail?

Important! Read This ...

You may NOT import purchased leads. This rule has no exceptions, period.

The only prospects that may ever be imported into the Email Aces system are clients who made a purchase directly through you, or double-optin verified leads that you personally collected through your own squeeze page or opt-in form.

It's a new rule as far as I know but sure puts a crimp in the upload process!!!!!
Anyone know anything more about this- I think it may be a response to new laws being put in place soon.

As far as I'm concerned the Empowerism leads are leads collected through our own squeeze pages We're talking about just 50 leads a month, of course you shouldn't import leads from any other sources other than Empowerism.
Also make sure to import the IP address along with the name and email address.

And above all, use your autoresponder to produce you very own unique leads.

Hi,
I enter my leads into get response about 10 a day and that way they take them. I also am a
Plug in Profit Site owner. You can't enter a whole list to them just a few at a time manually.Hope this helps.
