I need to know if there is a way to download
the leads from our back office to our computer, so that they are in .csv form ?
In my leads area I have 908 leads received and it says click here to download. When I do it comes up in .txt format. Can these be downloaded to my computer in .csv format or do
you only have the .csv format available if downloaded straight to your auto responder?

Hi Ted,

I've attached a guide on how to import your leads into the email aces autoresponder.

Just download your leads in the txt format - you can change the file extension to .csv.

Johan can you help me out here, I seem to be confused here. I have those 50 leads right, and i already have the autoresponder you suggested, what happens next. I mean does email aces responder to those leads or do i have to do something to get them to them, can you help me out? Thanks Brian ystruggle4money.com

Johan i already have the autoresponder, do i have to load them into the autoresponder myself. I took a look at your response to ted and is that the way to do it. I have the 50 leads that were already there when i started, but any way Johan tahnks for the quik response i know your time is valuable Thanks.

Yes, you need to download the leads from your member center and import them into your autoresponder. Make sure to follow the instructions in the pdf's I've attached in this thread.
