Their customer service isn't the best but the autoresponder is very good and is the only one we can use our leads with. For $9 a month there's just nothing better out there. Not even for much more money.

Email delivery rates are on a par with Aweber, which is outstanding.

Just cancel that subscription with paypal and signup again using GMAIL. Gmail always works.

I had a similar problem when I tried to sign up with EA.

It seems as it's done automatically thru a program and if it doesn't work then just ask for your money back. I paid thru Paypal so I asked Paypal for a refund after asking Don to fix the problem for 2 months.

After a negative remark on paypal, Don answered my e-mails real quick.

Even though the customer service (Don) is slow EA still is the best choice when it comes to AR's.
