Hello,
The 18th I signed up for Aces. I have Get Respondce so I haven't been using my Leads. I was unsure about this service, but I thought I would it a try. I got a receipt from Paypal that my order went thru. I never got the vertification e-mail. When I clicked the button for that problem the message was that my username wasn't in the system. I have just now sent them a support ticket showing my receipt from Paypal. Does Aces have problems at the moment? Has anyone else had problems maybe getting your e-mail delivered to your leads. Hi Bobbie,
Please give them a day or so to get back to you. On occasion the verification messages get filtered by the email provider (have you checked your spam folder?). Email Aces however has very good email delivery rates. Regards Johan |

Thanks for responding to my question.
No respondse from Aces e-mail. I use outlook express. I referred back to my Palpay receipt to see if I could find what to put in my address book for Aces to get thru. I added e-mailaces, this is all the information that was in Paypal receipt. At other times when I have registered for anything, I would get the Verification e-mail in about an hour or less. It looks as if it is being blocked, but this has never happen before and when I have check, the address would already be list automaticlly in the address book. Does Empowerism have any control or influence with E-mail Aces? Because Get Respondce doesn't allow imported leads, I haven't been benefiting from the Empowerism leads. I am a PIPS member is the reason for having Get Response. Any help would be appreciated. If I can't get into E-mail Aces the only other thing I can think to do is go to Aweber, which is so much more expensive. Also I wanted to use the e-mails that has been mentioned that are available. Thanks so much for your offer of help. More than likely you are aware of the overwhelming of learning to do business on the internet. Since I am a pipster, everything was setup for me, but I want to learn how to manage as much of it as I can. So, I'm spending much time at my computer. My username for E-mail Aces is bjparnell. here's the response I got from EA: If you have not received your Email Aces verification email, you can request another using the form at the website below. To get a new verification email, please enter the username that you used on signup and submit the form. After submitting this form you should receive your new verification email within 5 to 10 minutes. If you do not get the new verification within that time frame it is likely that the email address used on signup was either invalid, or entered incorrectly. http://www.emailaces.com/verify_again.php -- Regards Johan |

Again thanks for your effort. I again Clicked on link for the confirmation e-mail. I had clicked twice on the 18th and every two days I would click again. I also sent a second letter to support. I get no respondse from Aces. I get between 50 and 75 e-mails a day so nothing is invalid about my e-mail address. I even got one today with your name on it about the contest. It doesn't appear that E-mailaces is going to come thru, so I suppose I will just lose the $2.95. Will I have any trouble in cancelling the $8.95 monthly fee. I have a Paypal Account and the receipt of the transaction. Bobbie J. Parnell |

I have been an empowerism member (paid member) for more than 5 years. I've been trying for the past 12 months to setup my autoresponder in email-aces. I already have a PAID account there, which unfortunately I am not using due to lack of technical skills to set up the autoresponder. Can someone (Johan?) PLEASE help me set up my autoresponder. I will provide my login info so you can do the job and I am willing to pay for this. PLEASE. I have 1312 leads inside my empowerism account. How do I add ALL those leads in my emailaces autoresponder? My emailaces autoresponder shows only 25 leads. Thanks again, I really appreciate your help! Dinos |

I've sent you a PM, I loaded 100 leads so far as I can't upload all the leads at once. You can check on your leads from the backoffice - manage prospects - see ALL prospects. Regards Johan |

Referring to the first post above. Have you gotten any response from your second contact with E-mail Aces? Noting the dates of my post here, should I wait any longer? Losing the $2.95 (remember, I didn't receive my confirmation e-mail) is one thing, but the monthly $8.95 is unacceptable. My thoughts were that having an autoresponder and leads at the same place would be less complicated. Also, finding an autoresponder that will import leads is another problem. Now back to the first problem. Since I can't log-in and E-mail aces won't respond to my e-mails, how do I cancel the monthly fee? I paid thru PayPal and I looked in PayPal for an option to cancel. I have noted your PM. I haven't gotten any respondce from ACES and I'm assuming you haven't either, since I haven't heard from you. I also have a Yahoo.com e-mail account, would that work? If not, I would go with G-mail. How would I register again unless I opened a new account? I am at lost with this problem. It will soon be a month since I registered. Since I paid thru Paypal I don't want to pay the $8.95 monthly fee for a service that I'm not benefiting from. What are my choices? Thanks again for whatever help you may offer. Bobbie J. Parnell |

I got got the same standard response (about the verification link) but we know that doesn't help if the email doesn't get through. I recommend you discontinue your sub with them (just login to paypal and end the subscription) and if you're up to it subscribe again but this time use the GMAIL address. Please also submit a ticket to them asking for a refund on the trial fee ($2,95). Regards Johan |

I'll re-phrase my deleted post. I don't know why Empowerism recommends the use of email aces, as they have the worst customer service. I do realize email aces is one of the few autoresponders that allows you to add leads without a confirmation. There must be a better alternative out there or maybe Empowerism and its members should find a different approach to using our leads? Ted |
