The Problem: Import has stopped because there was an error at or near line 19. This line contains no Email Address data.
Everytime I try to import prospects from my initial 50 i get this error (above) why? I followed Johan instructions step by step however my file is saved on my desktop as a .txt file how do I change it to a .csv file? Could that be the problem? |

Hi, make sure to import the email addresses, I think the screenshot in the PDF shows IP instead of Email addresses.

I do get the same error. Something should be done to correct the PDF. I am sure Johan can help you. Cheers Charles |
