I don't know if anyone could help me on this.

I use getresponse software for follow up to
prospects. Recently I created several content
pages with articles. I tried posting a get
response pop up on the page to capture subscribers. It worked except for the following problem:
The right scroll bar no longer worked.
Does anyone know anything about this?

I contacted getresponse support and here is the conversation:

Patrick Carpen: until I noticed a few things.
Patrick Carpen: 1: the page becomes unscrollable by the right scroll bar after I added the code
Patrick Carpen: 2. after a number of times of reloading the page, the form just doesn't pop up any more
Patrick Carpen: 3. at the bottom of the page's window, it says "done, but with errors on page"
Marija: Hello Patrick. I can certainly assist you with that.
Marija: The pop-up is cookies based therefore if you have not cleared your browser, the pop-up will not appear again.
Marija: The issue with the scroll bar, is this happening with Internet Explorer?
Patrick Carpen: yes internet explorer
Marija: This is an error with the booktype code in the HTML of your page.
Patrick Carpen: what do I need to do to correct it?
Marija: Unfortunately we cannot provide this support as it is beyond our system.
Patrick Carpen: really?
Marija: The third error is an Internet Explorer error, may be due to a security setting within the browser.

If anyone can tell me how to resolve this problem, I would highly appreciate it.
