These leads that are available for us to purchase , where are they harvested from?
Are they supposed to be applicable to Empowersim only , or are they general bizop inquires?

I got this from the RSVP faqs.

"The leads are opt-in leads and are people who have agreed to receive information pertaining to Internet business. The leads come with contact information, date/time stamp, and the IP address that was captured when they gave permission."

I'm sure they aren't exclusive.
But when you download them they usually aren't more than a few days old.
