Hi:

I want to know how to send out a Thank You letter immediately as someone subscribes to my website.

The letter should go out from my Email Aces autoresponder.

Can someone please help me - guide me where to go in Email Aces and where to click what so as to get that letter to go out automatically.

I would really appreciate someone helping as I have been trying to do this for a week.

PS - I wrote to Email Aces and their guidance was not proper. When I told them that, the rep who replied was pretty rude. Does not say much about Email Aces to me!
