Hi,

I'm new. I noticed that some of my newsletters were not sent to all of the prospects (Only the welcome letter was sent to everybody. The follow-up letters were sent to half or a third of the people). When I tried to contact Email Aces with this question, I found that their email button does not work, nor does the sumbit support ticket form work.

How do we get help from them?

Any input from you is greatly appreciated!

Ying

Hi,

Looks like they have an error in programmimg for the support link.

I don't know why your letters haven't gone thru.
Is your welcome letter an opt-in?
If so, the rest of your letters won't go until the prospect does opt-in.

This could be the problem, but I can't be for sure.

Hi, Michael,

Thanks for responding!

I checked the confirmation opt-in options. There are three choices; I have them all unchecked (I remember being instructed to uncheck them by the instructions somewhere). Are those the boxes you are referring to?

Who at Empowerism can alert Email Aces of their support programming error?

Thanks,
Ying

Hi Ying,

I would wait for Johan to reply to this thread.

He is the specialist in AR's.

I just tried to send a support ticket in from my emailaces back office and received a error message. Also, sent myself a test message last night and never received it. My personal opinion
is this autoresponder is probably not much better than RapidReply. I will be changing companies.

Hi,

I have to agree with Ted.
I also noticed that in 2007 it is said 98% of all e-mail were spam.
I can't think that with that kind of statistic we will be able to use leads with autorepsonder for very long.

Sorry for the late response, guys. My son turned 10 on Saturday and I have been partying with him Smile

I wrote to Email aces support. I'm sure they'll fix the page soon.

Ted, the Email aces autoresponder is really good. They have outstanding delivery rates. I did a few broadcast this week and all went through fine.

Regards

Johan

It is, Ted. And it's now 81.8% Smile

Until they've fixed the Support link, you can email them at support@emailaces.com

They usually get back to you within 24 hours.

Hi, All,

Thanks for all the information you shared. I was away for two days and am just back to pick up where I left off now.

I'll send an email to support @emailaces.com about my inquiry. We'll see how that goes.

Thanks again for your input.

Hi Ying,

Please let us know how things went.

They seem to have had a decent track record so far and I am hoping it is just a technical glitch.

Hi Ying,

The web support desk is working again.

Note that it doesn't seem there's anything wrong with your account. It's normal that follow ups are sent to fewer people as on each mailing some will have unsubscribed, and other emails could have bounced.

Regards

Johan

I am really new to these things. How does one view stats like that? Where in Email Aces do I go to?

Thank you,
Jeanette

... and what does it mean "Active Prospects (receiving follow-ups) and Non-Active Prospects (not receiving follow-ups)"?

How does one follow-up?

I have only one precious sign in and I want him to be an active prospect. What does that mean and how does one do that?

Ref: My Account Overview from Email Aces

Total Number Of Autoresponder Accounts In Use: 1
Total Number Of New Subscribers Over The Last 24 Hours: 0
Total Number Of New Subscribers Over The Last 7 Days: 1
Total Number Of Prospects Who Chose To "Remove" 0
Total Number of Active Prospects (receiving followups ) 0

Hi Jeanette,

The statistics I posted above are for a broadcast email. The Broadcast feature allows you to email to your list of subscribers at any time.

Follow-ups are the lettters you load into your autoresponder. An Active Prospect is a prospect who's is currrently receiving the follow-ip letters. Once the prospect received all letters he becomes an Inactive Prospect.

Thank you very much, Johan.

Can I make him an active prospect again once you've loaded the Google series and the 35 affiliate marketing messages series into the autoresponder, which I will then import?

Or basically, how can I make him an active prospect again, once all the messages in the autoresponder are used up? Just communicate with him directly from then on?

I noticed a tab in EmailAces for recycling prospects... what does recycling mean?

Abundant blessings,
Jeanette

Hi Jeanette, Smile

According to your statistics, you stated "Total Number of Non-Active Prospects ( not receiving followups ) 1" and you mention "Total Number Of Prospects Who Chose To "Remove" 0".

This tells me that your prospect has already received all his messages, since he hasn't opted to be removed.

I would send a personal message asking him if he received your emails? If he responds put him back into your responder. If he doesn't reply it could be that his emails are bouncing.
