Hi Johan

So far so good with EmailAces. Incidentally, I've just received a $3 refund from RapidReply. No comment or explanation . . . . . Hmmmm!

I did import the Empowerism series of emails into my EmailAces autoresponder, but they do need rather a lot of updating and the sequence is wrong. If anyone wants to use them please make sure you review them and make the necessary changes.

Perhaps that's another item on your to-do list, Johan! SmileSmileSmile

All the best from the UK!

Hi,

E-mail Aces is definitely the way to go for an AR.

Importing is still allowed and you can turn off the double opt-in.

Need to be careful not to import too much and watch out for spam complaints.

RR is terrible with communication but at least you received your money back.

Take care,

Michael

Hi Colin,

If you follow the instructions as per the slideshow(page 3)you don't need to update anything:

http://empowerboard.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/3176096482/m/2151030443

You only need to fill in your info for a few variables and you're all set Smile

As for the sequence, if you don't like it as it is you can change it easily from your back office in EA. You can also add your own messages, which I highly recommend. The more you personalize the better.

Regards
Johan

Hi Johan

My references to the sequence concerned the content of the emails. I've amended mine now but if I remember rightly, the 7th email (Don't make these common mistakes) starts "Here's part 1 of my newsletter series".

Thanks for spotting that, Colin. I updated the series a few weeks ago and with that update the sequence changed. Clearly I forgot to update the letters accordingly!

Regards

Johan

hello,
can you confirm that the autoresponder thing with the capture pages has been updated to email aces. I had an account die after paying a couple of months because I was confused again when trying to implement it as it was not updated. Hopefully now after a few months you would have time to fix it up so it could me useful to us thanks

Johan,

Have you been able to look into this request by Rose?

If so please post back so we know she has been taken care of.

Thanks, Johan

Hi Rose,

Those leadcapture pages are still coded for RapidReply(RR). Reason is RR has a free 180 day trial. We want as many members to be able to use the lead capture pages, not only those who can afford to pay for the Email Aces autoresponder.

I'll edit the lead capture page for you, just send me your email aces username (via PM).

Hope this helps,

Johan
